Business Announcement:

As on January 1, 2020 I will be downsizing the amount of services I am offering to my current and future clients.  This decision did not come lightly, but due to time limitations and service demand it is necessary for the growth of my business. 

In an effort to streamline my business and focus on my highest demand services I will only be offering haircutting service ( curly cuts, clipper cuts, traditionally cuts), treatments, and natural curly highlights services. 

I will no longer be offering the following services:

 •color all over (single process) 

•color retouch

•traditional highlights 



•fashion colors

•double process 

•color correction 

•blowout/ flat iron on curly hair

New Guest Booking Info

Only accepting new clients/guest at designated times a month prior to appointment. New guest are not eligible for color services (color service available after 1st appointment). Services by appointment only, no walk-ins.

New Guest Signature Curly Haircut

Service includes Signature Curly Haircut, styling/maintenance lesson, and hair is styled curly. For this service hair is cut dry in its natural curly state using techniques to helps enhance the natural curl pattern. After the hair is cut, guest are given a styling lesson on proper technique and products to use specifically for their curls needs. Guest are encouraged to ask questions and be ready to learn all about curls during this 90 minute service.

Guest MUST have hair prepared properly by the start of the service. Hair must be 100% dry in its natural curly state, detangled, hanging loose, with minimal products (leave in conditioners, and curl creams only, NO HARD HOLD GEL).

Existing clients can book up to 16 week in advance.

Please note existing clients, if you have not had an appointment with me in over 1 year (365 days) please note you will be charged new guest pricing due to lack of maintenance and curl needs.

Late policy:

You will be considered late after 10 minutes.  

And you will be required to reschedule after 15 minutes. (Must be seated in my chair at 15 min after start of appointment time!!) NO EXCEPTIONS!! And appointment will be charged as a no show! 

Cancellation policy:

All appointments cancelled with less then 24hrs notice will be charged a cancellation fee! No exceptions. (Appointments booked online will be charged a last min cancellation fee immediately, rebook appointment will be required to pay the fee before allowed to rebook another appointment. Existing guest please contact Nina for payment options and rescheduling if needed.

No cancellation/waiting list. 

New guest: 

If you cancel a new guest appointment you will be required to go through the new guest booking process again. 

Existing guest:

If you cancel your appointment it is your responsibility to contact me for the next available appointment, keep in mind this may be 6-12 weeks in the future.
