Salon policy
All prices base on time required to perform service, additional charges may apply for services requiring extra time to perform the service in full.
Not arriving to scheduled appointment prepared and on time can adversely effect the appointment, the service styling results, result in additional fees or cancellation of appointment!
Appointment Prep:
New Guest- To ensure the best possible result of your curly cut, hair needs to be in its natural curly state, down (no ponytails or buns), and 100% dry, with minimal product.
Late policy:
Guest is considered late after 10 minutes.
Guest will be required to reschedule after 15 minutes. (Must be seated in my chair at 15 minutes after start of appointment time!!) NO EXCEPTIONS!! And appointment will be charged as a no show!
Repeated tardiness to appointments will result in additional fees.
Communication Policy:
Communication: All business communication/updates regarding Pure Avidity Salon will be sent to the email listed above, unless otherwise stated, and text from the Square app, Pure Avidity Salon information text line or through business newsletters emails, this includes appointment reminders. It is the responsibility as the guest to make sure these lines of communication stay open (unblocked) and available to receive information.All communication about appointment, (cancellations, rescheduling, questions, concerns, etc.) will need to be submitted through email (or contact page). NO PERSONAL TEXT, NO DIRECT MESSAGES. There will be NO EXCEPTION to this policy.
Cancellation/No Show policy:
All appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged a fee for service scheduled. This included downsizing services for a scheduled appointment without proper notice. To rebook appointment cancellation fee will be required to be paid before allowed to rebook another appointment. Existing guest please visit the Square app for rescheduling needs.
New guest: Cancelled new guest appointments are not eligible for rescheduling. Cancellation of a new guest appointment will required guest to go through the new guest booking process again.
Existing guest: It is guests responsibility to check the Square app for 1st available appointment openings or please contact via email for rescheduling color appointments. Please keep in mind the next available appointment may be 4-8 weeks in the future. Appointments can only be booked up to 8-12 weeks prior to desired date. If more then 1 year (365 days) since last service date guest will be charged a re-consultation fee due to lack of maintenance.
Return Policy:
If purchased in salon, products returned will be accepted for exchanged at full credit up to 30 days of your initial purchase, as long as product is at least 80% full or new.
Service Re-do:
I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
New Guest Notification Sign-up
Sign up will need to be resubmitted monthly to continue to receive notification. Notification will include the link to the booking app. New Guest appointments are booked on a 1st come, 1st serve bases. Due to limited availability of new guest appointments Pure Avidity salon can not guarantee appointments on certain times or dates.
