before your visit:

  • Need to reach me?

    If you have any questions about your salon appointment, any special information you’d like to share with me before your appointment or any questions regarding the salon policies please reach out at any time by shooting me an email at ninalstylist@gmail.com or by visiting the contact page of my website.

  • Pre-visit

    You'll receive a text and email reminder 24 hours before each visit with the option to cancel your appointment at that time.  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of a new guest appointment will required guest to go through the new guest booking process again.

  • How to prep your hair

    To ensure the best possible result of your New guest curly cut, hair needs to be in its natural curly state, down (no ponytails or buns), and 100% dry, with minimal product. 

    Not arriving to your appointment prepared and on time can adversely effect the appointment, the service styling results, result in additional fees or cancellation of the appointment

Your First visit:

  • Please be on time

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow enough time to find parking and to account for any traffic delays, as I am located just south of downtown Orlando.

  • Parking

    My salon is inside the Phenix Salon Suites, room 132, in the SODO Shopping Center (Target Plaza). The Plaza has ample parking, there is street parking (in the middle of the plaza) and 3 free parking garages for your convince (the Target parking garage, the Grant St parking garage and the Crystal Lake St parking Garage).

  • Once you arrive

    Post COVID, no waiting area is available and the front doors of the Phenix Salon Suites may be locked. I ask that you please wait outside of Phenix Salon Suites, I will meet you at the front door promptly at the start of your appointment time. 

  • Be Ready

    New guest appointments at a favorite service at Pure Avidity Salon! These appointments are filled with information to help you achieve your curl goals!  Please come ready to learn, and ready to ask questions!

  • Payment Options

    Pure Avidity Salon accepts all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    No Checks!

  • Post Visit

    After your new guest visit, you are now a Pure Avidity Salon existing guest!  About 7 days after your new guest service you will receive an email with informations specifically for existing guest including info for booking future appointments, thing to remember about the salon and notes from your styling lesson and product recommendaitons.
